You do not need an account to shop at Clean Work Supply. However, registering your details will allow you to: expedite future checkouts, track order history, and receive emails, discounts, and special offers!

To create an account, click on the account use icon located at the top right of the page next to the wishlist heart and cart icon.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include your package's tracking number. You can also find a link to the tracking information in your account.>

Any orders or parts of orders that are out of stack will be canceled. You will be notified via email if your order, or any part of your order, has been canceled.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel and/or need to modify your order, such as change of address. Please note, cancellation requests are time sensitive and we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product(s).

We do not offer price matching on orders placed through the Clean Work Supply website.



Shipping

Our fulfillment center ships orders on business days, Monday-Friday, except in cases of inclement weather or major holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be fulfilled within the following week. If placing an Expedited or Next Day order over the weekend, your package will be shipped on the next business day.

Processing for most orders is typically 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Please note this is an estimate and can vary based on order volume, especially around holidays, peak shopping times, and during larger site-wide promotions

Processing time for the Expedited and Next Day shipping options is typically 1 business day - the cutoff for expedited methods to ship same-day is 10am ET.

**Please consider public holidays when choosing shipping methods, as these are not part of our estimated time frames. Our couriers do not pick up packages from us, nor deliver on major holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For Colorado Residents: Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Colorado requires retailers to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable tangible goods by motor vehicle to a Colorado address. Click here to Learn More.

Shipping charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes.

No. We only ship within the continental U.S.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPOs.



Returns

Return items must be received by us within 28 days of the order's original shipment date to be eligible for refund. Returns requested 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted. We can only accept returns from Clean Work Supply with proof of purchase.

Once an order has been placed it can't be canceled or changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used.

OPTION 1: PRE-PAID LABEL

Please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option of a $4.00/unit processing fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used.


    INSTRUCTIONS
  1. When you enter the return portal, you will see the item(s) you ordered as well as other order details.
  2. For each item that you are returning, select the quantity being returned and the return reason.
  3. Click on the “RETURN” button
  4. After creating your return, you will see the following links next to the item(s) you are returning: "Print Label and Return Authorization". Click on the link and your prepaid return label and return authorization slip will pop up for you to save and print.

The return label is for the outside of the package and the return authorization slip needs to be included inside along with the items being returned.

OPTION 2: USE YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABEL

You may send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. If you prefer to ship your return back at your own cost, please ship to the following address. Final Sale Items are not returnable even with your own shipping label.

Clean Work Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please make careful note of your tracking information if using your own label, as Clean Work Supply is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns that were sent using your own shipping method. We strongly recommend against using a dropbox that does not have a daily pick up. Clean Work Supply is not responsible for return transit delays due to the use of a dropbox that does not have daily pick up.

Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. The items should be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact for a return to be accepted.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.

A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via the email used to place the initial order.

No. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card that is no longer active, your bank will route your funds to you accordingly. If you paid using a bank gift card, but disposed of your card, please contact us before returning your order so that we can assist you. Once a refund is processed, it cannot be recalled.
